When you use SocialPrf and request for a testimonial, your customers will receive an email invitation with the link to record the testimonial.
Both the email and the invitation URL are both socialprf branded as shown below:

In order to provide a truly white labelled experience for your customers, you need to ensure
- Email is sent by your own email
- The invitation URL should be under your own domain
Let us look at how to ensure both of these can be achieved.
Sending email
To achieve this, first register a webhook in Socialprf by following the process here.
As a next step, during the testimonial request process, select the value as 'No' for send-email.

If you are using the API or an automation provider like Make/Zapier, pass the parameter as 'No' for this.
Now, after a testimonial request has been created, a notification will be sent to your registered webhook with the request details.
You can then use the invitation URL from the webhook to send an email using your own service provider. This can also be achieved using automation providers like Make as detailed here.
White labelling the Invitation URL
This involved a two step process.
Step1: Embed the testimonial collection landing page in your own website. To do this go to 'Custom Domain' in your socialprf account.

Now select the review sources you want to collect testimonials in and enter the URLs as well. Once done, click save and then click 'View Embed Code'

Paste this code in a page in your own website. And then add the custom domain URL in socialprf

And we are done. Your customers will now have completely white labelled experience.
