What's in the integration?

Our Make integration allows you to automate the following actions.

1. Webhooks: Get notified when a new testimonial is received.

Example: 👉 You want to set up an automation to send a direct message in Slack to yourself every time you receive a new testimonial. Socialprf will send a notification to your Make webhook everytime there is a new testimonial. You can then add slack as the next step in your make workflow.

2. Automate the process of sending an email asking for a testimonial 

Example: 👉 If you want to send your customer an email asking for a testimonial after the customer has bought your product/service after 5 days. 

The actual use cases are definitely not limited to the examples above. With these two options, there are a number of possibilities to automate your workflows. Here are a few more ideas:

1. If you are an online course creator, send your students an email asking for a testimonial after the completion of the course.
2. If you are an employer, send your employees automated testimonial request when they decide to leave.
3. Use a service like Bannerbear to create images of testimonials.
4. Automatically share the new testimonial to the social networks.

How do I get started?

You need to go to the dashboard page. On the left side you can see 'Integrations' - expand then and click 'API/Automation'

You will then be taken to a page, where you can see your API key

Now got to Make.com and create a new scenario

Add a new module and search for 'SocialPrf'

Select socialprf.io module and then select 'Request a Testimonial' action

This will open up a form with details regarding the customer to be entered. The items highlighted in bold are the mandatory fields

Once you have entered the details, hit ok. Then run the module and you will then see a response from the module

From here you can create actions that happen on a new testimonial. Now you can add another module next, for example you can add a Gmail module to send an email to the user with the invitation URL.  

In the following screenshot, I created an action to use output of socialprf and send emails to your clients. So the purpose of this automation is to send clients an email invitation requesting a new testimonial. How cool is that?
