Socialprf makes it incredibly easy to collect more reviews in 3rd party review sites like Google My Business, Trustpilot etc.

Let us say you already have an account with a 3rd party review aggregation site like G2. You can easily use the power of SocialPrf to collect more reviews in these sites by creating a review funnel - and funnelling more users to G2.

Here are the steps to be followed

Step 1: Provide links of the 3rd party sites you want to collect reviews in. This would have been collected as part of your on-boarding. Alternatively this can be provided by clicking the 'Configure Custom Domain' option under the 'widgets' section.

Once you click that you will be taken to a page with the list of 3rd party sites supported by Socialprf and an option to provide links to your profile.

Let us say you have accounts in G2 and Trustpilot, then copy the link to the review landing pages in these sites for your account and paste them against G2/Trustpilot. For example this is the link for SocialPrf G2 account - https://www.g2.com/products/socialprf-io/reviews

Once you have set this up and saved it. You can then request for a testimonial by navigating to your dashboard.

When you select the 'Request Testimonial' option, a form will open where you need to fill the customer details.

One you fill all the required details, under 'Request Type' you need to select 'Capture reviews in 3rd party sites' as an option. Then an invitation URL will be generated and sent to the user. On clicking the URL, the user will be taken to the landing page with the links to the 3rd party review sites.

Here is a quick video tutorial to help explain the steps involved
