How does this integration work?
Within Pabbly, we offer two 'Triggers' and one 'Action'.
Trigger: triggers when a new testimonial is received.
Action: creates a new testimonial request for your client.
How can you use this?
Here are a few ideas:
- When a new testimonial is received share it automatically in your facebook group (Trigger)
- When a customer makes a purchase for your service or product, send a testimonial request after 2 days automatically (Action)
- Whenever a customer unsubscribes, send a follow-up email asking for a feedback through review funnel (Action)
